Truly exceptional service! If you have an Ladwp utility bill they participate in the ac optimization program. They travel all over la county. And there’s nothing paid up front. They are actually extremely professional, have appt scheduling that sends text reminders and tracks the technician. This company also seems to be expanding quickly because others must feel the same. I’ve been a homeowner for 15 years and I can say that this is AC company does things correctly. They have equipment to test, and send a certificate in the mail when done.

I cannot begin to express how happy we are with Cool Air Pros! The gentlemen who answered the phone calls were so very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to get us an appointment to have our air conditioner serviced so quickly. Perfect communication with us! A very special thank you to Joey Schultz, who did an amazing job with repairing our air conditioner. He went over and above with assisting us! Thank you so much, Cool Air Pros. COOL AIR Pros is a great company and I highly recommend their services. These days it's all about trust. I happen to come across them on Angie's list 3 years ago because my AC wasn't turning on, even though it was working. They came out and simply fixed it at no charge! I only paid for the AC Tune-up! On top of that, they installed a Google Nest thermostat for free because they work with the city of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power. I have called them every summer since and trust their work, appreciate their professionalism and attention to details.
